Lecturer (Assistant Professor) in Humanitarian Engineering, and Co-Director (Research Lead) - Humanitarian Engineering Lab at RMIT University. Research areas include Humanitarian Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Gamification in Learning, Prototype Development, Emergency and Disaster Management, Renewable Energy, Community Engagement, Sustainable Development, Ecotourism. Coordinator of the largest engineering course in Australia (and the HERCULES Challenge). Lead Author for Chapter 1.6 of the 8th UNESCO Science Report. Creator of ‘Engineering WITH People’ – the first game series in Humanitarian Engineering!
